Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Store, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Electron, but not American Express or Diners Club. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. In line with most mail order companies, we take the credit card fee at the point of processing the order.

We also accept cheque payment through the post, but cheques will need to be cleared by our bank prior to us processing your order (allow up to 10 days).

Shipping And Handling

All shipping charges are based on the value of your order and are added to your total in your shopping basket. There is a maximum delivery charge of £8.50, If this changes, it will be mentioned in this section.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but due to the specialist and imported nature of many of our products, you may have to allow, in some cases, up to 28 days. Goods are sent using First Class Royal Mail and for larger items we will use a courier service.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
