Group for Inner Healing

Join this group, regularly or as a drop-in, dedicated to healing the inner person. Meditative techniques, prayer, creative visualisation and creative 'play' activities bring spiritual nourishment.
This is a supportive environment where you will receive helpful feedback and encouragement that helps the healing of old attitudes, persistent intrusive thoughts and on-going health issues.
